Cancellation Policy
Ecore Techco is committed to providing the best services to its customers. We understand that circumstances may change, and therefore, we have established a clear cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
Cancellation of Services by the User:
● Pre-booked Services: Users can cancel pre-booked services up to [number of hours/days] before the scheduled service time without any charges. If canceled after this period, a cancellation fee equivalent to [percentage of service value or a fixed amount] may apply.
● Instant Services: For instant services that are requested and executed immediately, cancellation may not be possible after the order is confirmed and the service provider begins execution.
● How to Cancel: Users can cancel services through the Ecore App Services application or website, or by contacting customer service at 0097470012343.
Cancellation of Services by the Service Provider or Ecore Techco:
● In rare cases, the service provider or Ecore Techco may have to cancel a service due to circumstances beyond their control (such as unavailability of the service provider, or emergency situations). In such cases, the user will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative options or a full refund of the amount paid for the service will be offered.
