●    " Ecore App Services " or "The Application": Refers to the mobile application and electronic platform operated by Ecore Techco for providing services.
●    "User": Refers to any individual or entity using Ecore App Services to request or provide services.
●    "Service Provider": Refers to any individual or entity registered in Ecore App Services to provide services to users.
●    "Services": Refers to all services available through Ecore App, including but not limited to, home services, maintenance, transportation, and others.
2. Acceptance of Terms:
By using Ecore App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy.
3. Use of the Application:
●    Users must be at least 18 years old to use Ecore App.
●    Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the services.
●    The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password.
●    The user agrees to use Ecore App Services for lawful purposes only.
4. Services and Payment:
●    Available services in Ecore App Services are displayed with their descriptions and prices. Prices may vary based on the type of service, service provider, and location.
●    Payment for services is made through the payment methods available in the application. The user agrees to pay all due fees in a timely manner.
●    All transactions are subject to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

●    Ecore Techco is a platform that connects users with service providers. We do not provide the services ourselves.
●    Service providers are solely responsible for the quality of the services they provide.
●    Ecore Techco makes every effort to verify service providers, but does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or legality of the services provided by them.
6. User Reviews:
●    Users can rate service providers after the service is completed. Reviews must be honest and objective.
●    Ecore Techco reserves the right to remove any reviews deemed offensive or inappropriate.
7. Intellectual Property Rights:
All content in Ecore App, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Ecore Techco or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability:
●    Ecore Techco will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Ecore App Services or the services.
●    Ecore Techco does not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
9. Indemnification:
The user agrees to indemnify and hold Ecore Techco harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or costs (including legal fees) arising from the user's use of Ecore App Services or their violation of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions:
Ecore Techco reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the application after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. The user agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar for any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
