Refund Policy
Ecore Techco's Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which payments made for services provided through the Ecore App Services are refunded.
Refund Conditions:
● Service Cancellation by Service Provider or Ecore Techco: If a service is canceled by the service provider or Ecore Techco for any reason (such as unavailability of the service provider, or emergency situations), the user is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the service.
● Service Not Provided: If the paid service is not provided to the user for any reason, the user is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
● Dissatisfaction with Service (under specific conditions): In some cases, if the user is not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, they can submit a complaint within [number of hours/days] from the date of service delivery. The complaint will be reviewed by the Ecore Techco team, and if it is proven that the service did not meet the agreed-upon standards, a partial or full refund may be issued, or the service may be re-provided.
● Service Provider Responsibility and Warranty: The service provider bears full responsibility for refunds and warranties in case the service is obtained from them, in accordance with the policy of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce in the State of Qatar. The warranty provided by the service provider may vary depending on the type of service or the provider's own policy. The Ecore App Services acts as an intermediary between the user and the service provider and does not bear direct responsibility for the quality of service or warranties provided by service providers.
● Cancellation by User: The refund process for service cancellation by the user is subject to our Cancellation Policy. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy section for more details.
Refund Process:
● Submitting a Refund Request: Users must submit a refund request through the application or website, or by contacting customer service at 0097470012343, clarifying the reason for the request and providing any supporting documents.
● Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within [number of days] business days from the date of receipt and approval of the request.
● Refund Method: The refund will be issued using the same original payment method (e.g., to the credit card or bank account used for payment).
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Issued:
● If the service was fully provided and met the agreed-upon standards.
● If the user exceeded the specified period for submitting a complaint or refund request.
● In case of a violation of the terms of service by the user.
